If I had fairy wings, I would fly to the forest
Listen to the nightjars sing, build a pebble fortress
Coast with the breeze, and land upon a flower
Befriend a butterfly, sit beneath a rainbow shower
I Wish I Had Fairy Wings
I Wish I Had Fairy Wings

Fairies are magical they exist in a perfect dream
I see them every night under bright moon beams
Sometimes I need to escape from life’s reality
Sometimes I Wish I Had Fairy Wings

If I had fairy wings I’d follow the river
Sunlight on my shoulders over flowing silver
The new world taking over my senses
Limitless adventures without man’s fences
I Wish I had Fairy Wings
I Wish I had Fairy Wings

Fairies are magical they exist in a perfect dream
I see them every night under bright moon beams
I need to escape life’s reality
I Wish I Had Fairy Wings
I Wish I Had Fairy Wings

Maybe after a while I’d find my smile again
Yes, after a while I’ll find my smile again

Fairies are magical they exist in a perfect dream
I see them every night under bright moon beams
I need to escape from life’s reality
